八仙董事長陳柏廷在塵爆意外後神隱迄今，新北市府多日來向他喊話，副市長侯友宜也出面數次，希望能業者對話。但立委段宜康卻指新北市卸責，「有什麼狗膽罵東罵西？」對此，新北市長朱立倫昨表示，若做得不夠一定檢討，但不應用情緒化字眼對待努力救災的人。

新北市府向八仙樂園董事長陳柏廷喊話數次，媒體昨詢及朱立倫接下來是否有具體作為，朱立倫說，相信所有媒體及各界力量會形成壓力，讓企業負起責任負起良心。他也說，最後一定是用法律力量，包括假扣押等手段，呼籲所有企業，尤其是大型企業家，應用正面、勇敢態度，面對傷患跟家屬。

副市長侯友宜連續數日針對萬海企業喊話，被立委段宜康抨擊「新北市府有什麼狗膽罵東罵西」，並要求交代當天救災過程。朱立倫回應，意外當天在現場，包括他本人、三位副市長、所有局處首長及中央、地方各縣市都總動員。

朱立倫說，八仙塵爆意外是台灣有史以來最大傷害救援，他本著感恩的心，若大家覺得做不夠，一定會檢討，「但請不要用情緒化的字眼，對我們這些努力救災的人」。
